Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the delivered written content unless otherwise agreed in writing. I reserve the right to display work samples in my portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
4. Payment
Payment terms will be outlined in each project agreement. Late payments may result in paused work or additional late fees as specified in the agreement.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of my services or this website. My total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Changes to These Terms
I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
